Website enquiries
When you use our contact form, you provide your name, email address, optional organisation, enquiry topic, and message. We use those details to respond and discuss the next step. Resend processes the message for delivery to the Sai team’s email inbox. Please do not include private medical information.
Website operation and measurement
Vercel hosts this website. We use Vercel Web Analytics on public pages to understand page visits and actions such as opening the product walkthrough or submitting an enquiry. Our event data does not include form contents, names, email addresses, or URL query strings. Marketing analytics is excluded from account, clinical, administrative, and investor routes. We suppress analytics events when a browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control preference.
Signed-in areas use essential session cookies. The investor cookie expires after eight hours. To limit automated contact-form submissions, the website stores short-lived counters using a keyed hash of the network address and time window, rather than storing that address in the counter. Hosting and delivery providers also process technical information to operate their services.

Please identify the enquiry or account involved without sending medical records. Any identity checks, service obligations, and applicable requirements will affect how a request can be handled.
